Relationship with director The term director is a title given to the senior management staff of businesses and other large organisations.


This Relationship The term is also used in reference to various technical department. This relationship two distinct meanings, the choice of which is influenced by the size and global reach of the organisation.

This  relationship  historical and geographic context. Further to this, the term relationship with director is become specific to corporate governance legislation in individual country and organisations.


Thus we can say that Relationship with director -

  1. This relationship is appointed to act as the most senior manager of the company itself (Managing This relationship Director) or of a key function is (Finance Director, Operations Director, etc.
  2. This relationship person holding a "directorship" in a legal sense, who has specific legal duties and institute.
  3.  This relationship hospital which responsibilities for management of the company and  department.

This relationship large organizations may also have "assistant" or "deputy" directors. In this context, this relationship commonly refers to the lowest level of executive in an organization, but many large companies use the title of associate director more frequently and solve any situation and problems by managing director.
